2026 Camp Information

Here is everything you need to attend Machol Pacifica 2026.  This page will be updated with more information in due course.  If you are planning on attending camp and have not been receiving camp related emails, please subscribe to the updates.

Venue: Caledonian Hall, 60 King St, Kopeopeo Shopping Area, Whakatane

Registration (& Travel Form)

Please register for camp using this form.

If you need a ride to/from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Whakatane airport please fill out the travel form.  To avoid confusion, we're asking for one form per dancer.  If you are driving to us, then you don't need to fill out the form 🙂

Program & Accommodation...

Food Outlets
There are several cafes close by; a Fruit & Vege shop; an Indian Restaurant (good reasonable food); A Vietnamese Restaurant; Gibbos fish & chips, and then Pack n Save Is located across the road. There are lots of nice cafes & restaurants in the down town area which is around 2 ½ kms away.

Transport
If coming by air, we recommend flying into/out of Tauranga or Rotorua. We will then co-ordinate transport to/from. Plan to arrive Friday afternoon- depart Monday after midday.
Air Chathams fly Auckland/Whakatane/Auckland but they often change their schedule, so not recommended if you’re planning on co-ordinating this with other flights.
